Adam is originally from Auburn, Washington. He is fluent in Spanish and English. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University Idaho and then graduated from Touro University Nevada Physician Assistant program in 2017. Since joining the Advanced Orthopedics team in 2018, Adam has pioneered, implemented, and specialized in a variety of treatment modalities. As part of team Tim Trainor, his skill set includes assisting in general orthopedic surgery, suturing/wound closure, wound care, steroid/hyaluronic acid/platelet rich plasma joint injections, casting/splinting, radiofrequency vein ablation, as well as Iovera cryo-analgesia used for post-operative and chronic knee pain. Adam is also the owner/operator of In Range Hormone and Wellness and is a certified Evexipel provider. This is a new offering at Advanced Orthopedics & Sports Medicine providing bioidentical pellet hormone replacement therapy for those suffering from chronic fatigue, joint pain, weight gain, and mental fog. Adam is always looking for new and inventive ways to help his patients. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family including his wife, daughter, and two golden doodles. He enjoys being outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing, and snowboarding.
